Annie (formerly "Maggie") & Bear

I'm a happy tail with my new fam since <2010 🩵

We adopted Annie and Bear a month ago. They have settled in nicely in their new home. They have enjoyed exploring their new surroundings and meeting all the neighbours. They are gradually learning the boundaries (still need some more training!). Although Annie is deaf she is responding well to gestures and hand signals – she is a very clever girl! Her favourite activities are riding in the car & playing with Bear. Bear is becoming more confident and is gradually becoming less frightened of cars. He is still getting used to trips to “town”. We are really enjoying having them here, even though they have been a lot of work at times! They are gorgeous “puppies” and we are very grateful to Animal Rights & Rescue for rescuing them & caring for them until they found a home.

Annie & Bear have now been with us for over 2 years. They are very special to us & have given us lots of laughs & cuddles. Bear has such a beautiful, gentle nature. He is very loyal and affectionate. I see that his brother Max is still waiting for adoption – if he is anything like Bear he would make a wonderful companion. With patience and training Bear has become very responsive and (mostly!) obededient. He has some definite dingo traits which need to be catered for but once you understand his needs he is not difficult to manage. Annie is very people-orientated – loves to be wherever you are. She has a lovely friendly nature & is always eager to please.
