We adopted Shazza, who at the time was known as Abbie, she was a tiny little puppy who found her home here with us and our now 8 month old rescued male Cattle Dog x Clancy. Now, 3 months since we adopted Shazza her and Clancy are the best of friends and will not go anywhere without each other. She is such an intelligent and energetic little dog and the pair of them definitely keep us busy, but to be honest we don\’t know what we would do without them! After a hard day playing the both of them love to cuddle up at our feet ( they\’re a bit to big to be lap dogs now!) and get as many pats and scratches as any dog could hope for. They are still both learning new things every day and have developed their own funny little habits to make us laugh (and get their own way), including opening the sliding door to let themselves in, (but really we don\’t mind anyway) and following our chooks and ducks around,(they mind a little) and trying to steal our guinea pigs dinner, sometimes even after it\’s been digested (eww…) Thankyou ARRG for all your help in finding the puppy that fits perfectly into our odd little family, and I would certainly recommend adopting dogs to anyone, as it\’s so rewarding giving a life long home to our furry friends that really need it! In the attached picture you see Shazza ( the little black Kelpie X) and Clancy ( the big blue dog, who I swear thinks he is only the size of a chihuahua!) Bobbijo & Conan
