Kyah is a sweet, cuddly girl whose name pays tribute to our late Kodah and the warm, gentle energy he brought into every room. Kyah adores human affection and has been raised around dogs, chickens, and cats, taking it all in stride. She’s still learning the ropes like any young pup, but she’s curious, soft‑natured, and ready to keep blossoming with a family who’ll give her time, patience, and plenty of love.

Before visiting the shelter to meet an animal, please contact us to arrange an appointment. Some of our animals are in foster homes rather than at the shelter, so scheduling is essential.
When applying for adoption, we require proof of home ownership. If you rent, please provide a letter of agreement from your landlord/owner. For dog adoptions, we also need photos of your fenced yard.
