Sheba is a cheeky, curious and sweet girl with many classic Dingo traits. She came into care as a young dog after being found in the wild when her mother was tragically shot by a farmer, and she has been loved by ARRG ever since.
DNA testing revealed that Sheba is more than 63% Dingo and over 15% New Guinea Singing Dog, which beautifully explains her unique mix of curiosity, shyness and intelligence. She is a gentle, loyal girl who enjoys long walks, bum scratches and the comfort of familiar people she trusts.
Sheba is not available for adoption. After many years in care, she has become part of the ARRG family – a resident dog who has built deep, lasting trust with our volunteers and feels safe in the environment she knows so well. She will live out her days surrounded by the people she loves, in a place where she feels secure, understood and cherished.
Sheba requires secure, high fencing or an appropriate enclosure to keep her safe, and she thrives in a quiet, rural setting. She is a deeply special girl, and we are honoured to give her the stable, loving life she deserves.
