Toast is not a super sociable rooster, but good with other poultry. He is friendly in the sense he won’t attack people or children.
Has been around dogs and cats as well as rabbits.
He’d suit a home with a few hens that he can protect and look after.

Before visiting the shelter to meet an animal, please contact us to arrange an appointment. Some of our animals are in foster homes rather than at the shelter, so scheduling is essential.
When applying for adoption, we require proof of home ownership. If you rent, please provide a letter of agreement from your landlord/owner. For dog adoptions, we also need photos of your fenced yard.
