MARVIN, 3 year old male DSH Ginger & White
MARVIN's humans are moving overseas and are unable to take him or their dog, George (#2800) with them. Marvin has one big warning: He is a THIEF who will steal your hearts!
(Owners say ...)
Marvin was rescued from the side of the road where he was dumped between Evans Head and Broadwater around April 2019 as a new kitten. We named him Marvin ( Starvin Marvin ) as he was so tiny when he first arrived.
I have never been a cat person but Marvin stole all our hearts within a few days and I have gone full circle to now loving cats.
He is his own boss, and does what he wants to do. My brother states we don't have a cat as he never sees him.
He can be very shy when other people are around and prefers to stay under our bed where he sleeps during the day until he feels comfortable to show his face. He sleeps behind the couch at night or near the window. He is an inside cat but he goes outside in the back yard which is fully fenced during the day. He has never jumped up on the fence and seems content to adventure around the yard.
He seems to get afraid of birds if they make too much noise and he wants to come back inside.
He loves company and sits in a room that you are in however, he only lets you pat him if he wants you to. He gets very affectionate when he is hungry.
He loves to run around the house when he gets excited, like a kitten playing which is very funny to watch.
He is very clean and has never had an accident (toilet ) in the house, and he has used his kitty litter from day one.
He will need regular grooming as he tends to shed, but not too much.
Marvin is a beautiful cat and will be no trouble to anyone that gets him. It will be also very sad to see him go.
Marvin is a very quiet cat, you rarely hear him Meow . He likes to keep to himself but will come to sit in the same room as you.
