ROCKET, 7 year old male FOX TERRIER X

ABOUT ROCKET:
ROCKET is a handsome, active boy who is good with other dogs and loves to cuddle. ROCKET is sociable and will happily curl up next to you on the chair for a nap .

Unfortunately Rocket was involved in a domestic violence situation, and therefore needs a very specific and understanding Furever Home. The preference is a single female with little male contact.

ROCKET was surrendered to ARRG because his owner became homeless. We had already been caring for ROCKET for quite a few months until she could find somewhere for her and ROCKET to go. Unfortunately his owner was unable to find somewhere for them to go and is unable to take him back and look after him.

PROS:
-Loves his humans;
-Good on a lead;
-Travels well;
-Doesn't jump fences;
-Likes to be inside;

CONS:
- very protective of toys;
- very protective of his female human

To expedite the adoption process, email ARRG (nonkill@animalrights.org.au) proof of home ownership, or if you rent, a letter of agreement from your landlord/owner. As well as photos of your fenced yard.
