Local artist Celeste Knight culminates her lifetime passions of painting and creating healthy, exciting vegetarian food to print in her new book 'Artistic Vegetarian Cuisine'
The book also features many wonderful prints of original paintings from the artwork collection of Celeste Knight.
Another Passion of this artist has been her lifetime commitment and support for the Welfare of Animals.
Celeste is donating 20% of all book sales 'The Animal Rights & Rescue Group' Far North Coast to help them raise funds to build an Animal Shelter in this region.
