MINTIE, Approx d.o.b. 20/2/12 - 4 year male White DSH (desexed)

This is a very loving young man, but is initially shy with strangers. He will make a wonderful companion.

Being pure white he should be kept as an indoor cat.

He loves snuggles with his carer and when he finds a place on her lap will spend a few minutes smooching before finally settling down. His odd way of showing affection is to lick your nose. This is also his way of waking his carer in the morning. He is a special needs cat in that whoever adopts him would need to put more time than usual into winning him over. But once you gain his trust it'll all be worth it. He does like to keep company with another foster, Leela. Mintie would probably be best with only one other cat, and he does seem to have a preference for keeping company with the older males in the household. However when introducing two adult cats you must be careful to avoid long-term anxiety problems. Mintie is a very sensitive boy.

Please consider adopting an older cat.

Ideally a home with another friendly young cat or a cat loving person/family with lots of time to love and care for him for the WHOLE of his life is required.
